Thyroid cancer chromosome 22 arm-level copy number loss
A page that I put together for our thyroid cancer collaborators. The page was built using RStudio's "shiny" package, and is currently stored in Amazon's EC2 servers. This page allows you to simultaneously investigate expression, methylation levels, mutation, and copy number statuses of each gene on chromosome 22 in the TCGA thyroid cancer dataset.
